HTC Focus 3 Ecosystem: All Apps and games currently available
Vive Focus 3 is a new Standalone headset from HTC that relies on it’s own content ecosystem. Originally the idea was to to partner with Google and use their Daydream store but with Daydream being abandoned HTC changed plans and instead decided to build their own app ecosystem from scratch. This can be a daunting task and for those interested in how they are doing here is a cursory look at all the available apps and games.
Update: Feb 2022, Added “VR Speech Trainer” and “EHS Awareness”
Update: Nov 2021, Added “You, Calligrapher” and “Virti”
Total number of apps: 43
Applications and Experiences:
Most apps on the list are free to download, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re free to use. Some will offer both free and paid modules, some will offer a demo, some ask for subscription and some are totally custom and require a quota from the developer. Regardless, almost all apps will at least let users see how they look and feel, and most will also allow for a bit of tinkering before making commitments. Some like Engage are entirely free to use.
